This results in a process that is complete with a balanced scorecard of metrics to assure that the change will be driven in a systematic manner. Most organizational improvement efforts struggle with implementation and associated resistance to change. Our work plan reduces the forces that create the resistance and creates the environment that implements the improvements through the identification of pertinent tasks and associated responsibility and accountability by initiating the balanced scorecard.
