Systems Thinking

Some of the best processes and metrics never get off the ground and its often difficult to understand the obstacles that are blocking the improvements. Most often, people are identified as the "obstacles" blocking the latest fix that has been created to propel the organization into higher productivity and better financial performance. And sometimes, decisions are made around perceptions of good and bad employees hoping to get the organizational ball rolling.

WORXz® views all facets of an organizations from a Systems Thinking perspective of effect-cause-effect. Complex problems are addressed through the use of several tools that assist the organization's leadership, management, and employees to view the effect of changes on the whole organization. Organizational change necessitates an understanding of the impact of new processes, procedures, and methods before they are implemented if they are to succeed without identifying people as either good or bad.

The WORXz® team will use a combination of Eli Goldratt's "Thinking Process" (TP) and that of David Kreutzer, FASTBreak™ "Systems Thinking" methodology to illustrate and provide options for your organization to move toward improvement. If you are not sure of the changes you are going to make in your organization, I suggest that you consider our assistance in helping you develop your implementation strategy.
